Boo at the Zoo
There are only a few more days left to enjoy this year’s Boo at the Zoo presented by Wells Fargo. Kids can come dressed in the family-friendly costumes and participate in the Spider Slide, take an Eerie Express Train Ride or show off their skills at the new Skeleton Skate ice rink. Pumpkin Patch
If you’re in the mood for a mini road trip, pack up the kiddos and head to the Great Pumpkin Patch Halloween Festival in Hayden, Alabama. The patch, which is about thirty minutes from Birmingham, runs through November 1. Free Movie Matinee
Looking for an inexpensive way to entertain the kids? Head on over to the Five Points West Regional Library (4812 Avenue W., Birmingham, Alabama 35208) on Saturday, October 24 at 2 p.m. and Sunday, October 25 at 3 p.m. for a free movie. It’s Going to Be Wicked
Tickets for Wicked the Musical are now on sale. The show, which tells the untold story of the Wizard of Oz, will run from June 22, 2016 to July 3, 2016, at the BJCC Concert Hall.
