Taneisha K. Tucker is ready to step into the spotlight.
Tucker, who has been in the photography business since 2011, recently made the decision to switch her business name from Photography with TK to Taneisha Tucker Photography.
“Branding Taneisha Tucker Photography is my current priority,” she said. “For years, I have promoted Photography with TK, but as the business has grown, and for several other reasons, changing the name to Taneisha Tucker Photography has proven to be best. “
Tucker, whose business focuses on wedding and lifestyle photography, was pushed into starting her business by her husband.
“I purchased my first camera in 2010 to supplement my scrapbooking obsession,” she said. “I wanted to take quality photos of my friends and family and scrapbook them. The following year, a very close friend passed away as a result of breast cancer. I was in a horrible funk and was heading toward depression. My husband, Algernon Tucker, noticed that I wasn’t my best and decided to give me something new on which to focus. One Saturday while I was out practicing photography, he called me and announced that he had created my first website and that if I wanted to, I could officially launch my very own photography business.”
Since then, Tucker has developed a reputation of taking quality photos that uniquely capture her subjects.
“The tagline of Taneisha Tucker Photography is ‘It’s About the Experience.’ I love photographing people and capturing their very best via my camera. It is a pleasure for me to serve my clients and offer them the very best of me.
